Enrollment Checklist:
- Review this Digital Benefits Hub and visit usbenefits.plexus.com for more detailed information
- Visit Upwise to aid in making enrollment decisions
- Contact Francis LLC at francisway.com/services/participant-portal/plexus or download the mobile app for financial and investment guidance
- Complete your enrollment in Workday by the deadline
- Log on to your Workday account
- If accessing Workday from home, you will need to enter your network login credentials
- Go to “My Tasks”
- Select the “Open Enrollment Change” task (Note: If you’re a new hire, select “Benefit Change – New Hire”)
- Review your elections, select “I Agree” and then click “Submit”
- Print your confirmation page and keep it for future reference

As always, the official plan documents determine what benefits are available to you.
